When we receive complain from our clients,we will organize a meeting with QC department at first time.For some small quality issues, which we will fill up 8D report and send for customer鈥檚 review and approval. For some quality issues that make the parts unable to use, we remake the goods and ship to our customer freely. We find soluction together with our customers so as to have a satisfactory result for both parties.......
